Returns and cancellations

Physical products

You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, with no reason needed. Tell us at [email protected], then send the items back within a further 14 days. We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting them back or of proof that you've sent them. Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item is faulty or wrong.

Digital products

Digital products are available straight away. At checkout you ask for this and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is available. If a file is faulty, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

Faulty items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected. If something is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right.
